1 Introduction
This privacy policy applies to all business processes in Crystal Water Norway AS, hereafter referred to as the Data Controller.
The website Crystal-Water.com gives you as a customer the opportunity to view and buy our products over the internet, and have them delivered to your home. When you access and use the website, you agree to the terms.
The terms describe what personal data we collect, how we use this information and what rights and options you have as a customer.
You have the right to the information that follows and you have the right to request access/change, and delete the information we have created about you (with some exceptions where other legislation applies).

2 Personal information

When you shop at crystal-water.com, we need your name, address, telephone and e-mail. This is necessary to be able to send your order to the correct delivery address and to contact you if necessary. We are required to keep the information in connection with accounting, fee handling and any warranty/return handling. This history is not deleted. For security reasons, we also store the IP address used to register the order.
We follow the Act on the Processing of Personal Data (GDPR)
Information can be registered and stored when you register on our website and online store http://crystal-water.comfor newsletters or in the contact form for answers to questions, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.
By providing us with your personal information, you agree to the practices and terms described in this privacy policy.
If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority.
3 Communication through e-mail and SMS
As a customer, you will be able to receive e-mails and SMS regarding your customer relationship. For example, we will send you e-mails/sms related to orders you have placed, sms with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested. We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of the Data Controller, you will receive newsletters at regular intervals, especially if you have given active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from the newsletter by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the e-mails. MailChimp is used for email marketing or sending newsletters. Name and email can be shared with MailChimp.
4 Inspection and correction
You have a right to access the information registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending an inquiry to customerservice@crystal-water.com. If the registered information is not correct or is incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.
5 Storage and deletion
Information that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
6 Information on the use of cookies
A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer.
We use cookies, among other things, to remember your login, password in encrypted form, to improve the user experience and as part of our marketing to new customers.

8 My Store
Our e-commerce platform is provided by Mystore.no AS and data is stored in their cloud services at Amazon Cloud Services' (AWS) data center in Ireland.
9 Seesaw
If you pay with Vipps in the online store (or our physical store), your phone number will be sent to Vipps for further identification.
10 Use of Klarna Checkout
When our store solutions are used together with Klarna Checkout, cookies from Klarna are set. More information at https:www.klarna.com/no/cookies/.
If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for the order process.
11 Tripletex AS
Tripletex is our accounting system and data necessary for bookkeeping is stored here. Typical Name/address/orders/invoice.
12 Logistics
Logistra is our supplier of EDI solutions. When you shop in our online store, information such as name, telephone number and address will be shared with Logistra for the printing of consignment notes and transport labels.
13 Postnord
We send packages with Postnord and thus share information related to shipping such as name, telephone number and address.
14 Google Analytics
Google Analytics provided by Google is used for traffic analysis. IP addresses and visiting patterns are stored.
Visits to this website are recorded as anonymous information. The information is used for statistical measurement and analysis to improve the website's functionality. The information does not contain identifiable personal information. Scripts from the analysis tool Google Analytics are used for this measurement. During your visit, cookies are stored as text files on your computer.
The information that the cookie collects about your use is sent to Google and stored on the company's servers. 15 Facebook Pixels
We use advertising through Facebook's platform. Information cookies are used so that advertising can be targeted based on visitor patterns.
16 Personal data to third parties
Crystal-Water.com does not sell personal information to third parties, nor do we exchange or forward such information with third parties. Outsiders can only access the information if this is necessary to perform specific services for Frost Water AS. In such cases, strict agreements are entered into to safeguard information security, in addition Frost Water AS will always decide how the processing of the information will take place.
